bezawadaking Posted December 22, 2015 Share Posted December 22, 2015 One of our relatives joined IBM couple of months back. however, she had to leave the job as she got an opportunity in her core engineering industry. She has taken leave on medical grounds and provided some doctor certificate. Now HR is saying that they want an intermediate report, which they are not able to get as the doctor is saying that I cannot give a weekly/forthnightly report. I've given a report saying that it's tyhpoid and suggested a month' rest and I can give only after a month. But IBM HR is calling them and scaring them with warning that action will be taken. they have a one year bond i believe when she joined. - what is best possible thing to do here... 1.
