Result Result ani....Transmitting that kind of pressure to actor in various interactions with him directly or indirectly.... Please dont forget about the process also...Do give enough liberty to Actor to express himself without added pressure....They will have enough pressure already to do well, but putting these unnecessary burdens( collections, hit etc terminology) on top of those is not good, infact it wont serve the purpose also....
