yup ...... 100 times better than naya raipur for sure mana design untadhee ..... and also we have got many advantages like human resources and money floating .... mana dagara private participation will be very huge unlike Naya Raipur .....

VGTM lo ikha medata reality and construction would spread .... centralization undhadhuu ...... mangalgiri ki 50 kilometer radius lo decentralize avvudhe growth corridors .... after 6 months correction jarighdhee and decentralization would start ....

alagha emi undhadhu brother -- hardly the rates which we are hearing right now does not even reflect 5 percent of the VGTM area .... 7000 plus square kilometers undhee the whole capital area .... and vatilo only vijayawada and guntur surrounding loney e rates .... e 7000 square kilometers lo vijayawada and guntur urban area is hardly 20 square kilometers ...... hardly 3 percent .....
