pervez
Plebiscite in Kashmir is not allowed on this issue, one of the reason why India does not allow the Kashmir issue to be taken up in UN.
DiehardNTRfan
Its not possible to hold a plebiscite in kashmir..large number of kashmiri pundiths and sikhs were driven away from the state after the begining of insurgency in 1989 and ethnic cleansing took place..present conditions doesnt support their come back into the valley..so that option is clearly ruled out in the case of kashmir
