3 Times Current, Water, Electricity charges FINE?

occupancy certificate ante enti ...adi lekunda ghmc ela istundi plan approval... :dream:

 

plan approval teesukonnaaka

without informing to ghmc

builders / owners will deviate the plan and construct apartments / houses / complexes

 

for that ghmc wont give occupancy certificate unless its regularized

 

to regularize owners should pay heavy penalty

 

usually builders will sell and wash their hands

 

now present occupier / buyyer needs to pay and regularize

 

upto that ghmc will charge like that

 

its a plan to get money via regularization.

 

One can go for court and question how come govt allowed construction with deviation ?

and how come penalty will safe guard the building ?

putting penalty is encouragement from government to do deviation like that
