Job change ayithey LCA change cheyali , Many of them are doing this but H1 B amendment cheyinchatledu... 9 out of 10 H1's ki INS is coming to client location to check , so amendment pakka ga chepinchandi ani cheppindi attorney. Amendment ki full fees pay cheyali ane apoha lo unnaru mana vallu... its only 350$ for amendment... Manam amendment file cheyakapothey, INS might go to our old client and if we are not there, it will report to USCIS and COnsulates... anatakamundu consulates ki report chesevallu kadhu, ippudu idi kdua chesthunanru ani cheppindi... so with this mana employer history anta untundi consulate lo 2. Client letter lo Your employer has the right to hire, you are not an employee of ur vendor or client and your employer is the one who will supervise you ani statemenst add cheyandi.. with this you can prove employee employer relationship.
