i can suggest you to have one leafy vegetable and one vegetable a day in the afternoon for lunch with cup of brown rice ....
Morning breakfast ragi java with milk and jaggery,Minapattu or pesarattu ,Minapakudumulu
Knight time repeat some lunch with jonna or sajja roti or whole wheat roti...
have dryfruits or vegetable juice,fruits,coconut water,buttermilk as snacks.....
250 ml of milk 30 mins priorr to sleep
susbtitute sugar with Bellam
Don't have more meat it is high in cholestrol....try to avoid meat as much as possible
intaku minchi nenu inka emi follow avvamani cheppanu this is very cheap and healthy
1 day in a week you are free to have what ever you want to eat junk......

2 bananas or a cup of dates or 500 ml of coconut water will give you the best potassium for a day.....these are natural and easy to consume if you are concerned about potassium intake ...more over brother if you can't take vegetables stiry fry it with Ghee.......3-4 table spoons of Desi Cow Ghee gives you the required omega -3 fatty acids which inturns prodcues the gel substance that holds our bones .....

Pull ups will give you the best biceps no doubt about it...my personal experience the more tougher you do more strength and biceps,triceps

abs flat avvakunda love handles povu brother......3 steps to get it flat with out heavy exercise
1) Never eat any of the below foods
i) Foods with processed sugars
ii)Foods with high fats and carbohydrate content
iii)avoid fried foods
2) A simple walk for 20-30 mins every day
3) Eating time to time and having good sleep (min 6-7 hrs every day)
Miru ee 3 steps follow ite you can acheive your goal in 6 months .....So obviously you can never eat any food out of your house except coconut water,sugar cane juice out side your home to achieve the 1st step as it contributes to 70% of fat loss

Day1 Chest+Triceps
Day2 Back+biceps+abs
Day3 Shoulders and legs
Day4 Rest
Repeat day 1to 3 on days 5,6,7 with 10-15 mins cardio daily
this will be more than enough

Do alternative exercises every week....One week barbell and machines and next week only dumbells and weight free exercises ......Also do abs work out 10 mins every alternative day......Building stamina with weights is more important ......do burpees and cardio for atleast 15-20 mins daily ......this itself is enough my suggestion only take complex carbohydrates which have much fiber .......try millets(ragi,sajja,jonna) if you are taking carbohydrates they are the best carbohydrates available
