why no one is questioning about Toll plaza between Guntur & Vijayawada near Nagarjuna university.. this is the main road that connects Guntur & Vijayawada and the toll fee hefty (one way 85+ rupees).. this is going to be a big hurdle for the capital, Gnt & VJA connectivity kada
