curiousgally
Brothers, my in-laws traveling from India to the US. Any suggestions on a good insurance plan for them. Normally I wouldn't worry too much, but due to COVID I'm being cautious. Thanks.
slaveformasters
Try TATA AIG. it has good coverage for travel, stay and reasonable in price (20-25k rupees for 6months). but didn’t submitted any claim so for. Don’t know the claim response. I use their platinum plan

Raaamu
My Observation based on 2 visits. 1. Take a plan which will cover serious instances. 2. mana parents chinna chinna vatiki insurance vundi annaa kani hospital visit cheyaru. Money ekkuva avutayi ani. So taking a minimal thigns is of no use. 3. If possible, take the one with every month and renewing options. Because our parents tend to go early/late, most of the time no fixed schedules. 4. If possible check with local hospitals websites about what are the insurances they are accepting, if it is covered or not. In-network ayithey konchem easy kada andukani. Forst time I went with some international travel insurance coverage etc. Last time went with insubuy.
