sonykongara Posted January 8, 2016 Author Share Posted January 8, 2016 AP summit: boost likely for infra, energy sectors Hyderabad, January 7: The Andhra Pradesh government is set to ink a number of MoUs in the infrastructure and energy sectors at the CII-Partnership Summit to be held at Visakhapatnam. According to the Energy Department, MoUs worth over ₹1 lakh crore are expected to be signed in the infrastructure and energy segments, including gas, ports, airports, fibre grid and beach corridor. In the energy sector alone, there could be total investment commitment of ₹47,460 crore. Expected projects The MoUs include setting up of logistics parks at Krishnapatnam and Kakinada by Concor, LNG Terminal (5 MMTPA) at Krishnapatnam with Regen Infrastructure India, City Gas distribution project in three districts of East Godavari, West Godavari and Krishna districts with HPCL, according to Ajay Jain, State Secretary, Infrastructure and Energy. In the renewable energy projects, the agreements will be inked with Solar Energy Corporation of India and NTPC. During the summit, to be attended by more than 1,200 delegates, Andhra Pradesh is planning to showcase the State’s advantage of providing 24X7 power supply and how State was seeking to transform it as a manufacturing and export hub. N Chandrababu Naidu, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, seeks to make use of this platform to make a strong pitch for investments into the Sunrise State, while highlighting efforts to become a major investment destination. sonykongara Posted January 8, 2016 Author Share Posted January 8, 2016 CEOs of retail chains to make a beeline at AP Partnership Summit It is being held from January 10-12 at Visakhapatnam The CEOs of major retail chains are coming to attend the 3-day CII Partnership Summit being held from January 10-12 at Visakhapatnam . The list of names mentioned by AP government on Tuesday include Walmart CEO Krish Iyer, Future Group chairman Kishore Biyani, Shoppers Stop chairman Neil Raheja, Reliance Retail CEO Damodar Mall, Aditya Birla group CEO Visakh Kumar besides Essel Group chairman Subhash Chandra, Indigo president Aditya Ghosh, Spicejet Managing director Ajay Singh. Godrej Group chairman Adi Godrej was also expected to attend the summit, according to a government release. About six Central Ministers including Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley will be taking part in the three-day event, according to the official information. In all, AP officials have invited 976 delegates including 224 delegates from 37 countries for the summit. Apart from Jaitley, Union Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu, Union Urban Development Minister M Venkaiah Naidu, Union Minister of State for Commerce and Industry Nirmala Sitharaman, Environment Minister Prakash Javadekar will also be attending the event, according the release. Among the other invitees, CISCO president Anil Menon, WTO Director Shishir Priyadarshi, Rolls Royce(India) president Kishore Jayaraman, RBI Deputy Governor R Gandhi are expected to take part in the event. During the three day period AP government is planning to sign a large number of MoUs with companies from a host of sectors with investments totalling around Rs 4 lakh crore. sonykongara Posted January 9, 2016 Author Share Posted January 9, 2016 రేపటి నుంచి సీఐఐ భాగస్వామ్య సదస్సు విశాఖ: రేపటి నుంచి మూడు రోజులు సీఐఐ భాగస్వామ్య సదస్సు విశాఖలో జరుగుతుందని ఏపీ పరిశ్రమల శాఖ కార్యదర్శి ఎస్‌ఎస్‌ రావత్‌ తెలిపారు. ఈ సదస్సులో పాల్గొనేందుకు 350మంది విదేశీ ప్రతినిధులతో సహా 1500మంది ప్రతినిధులు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకున్నారని తెలిపారు. వివిధ కంపెనీలతో 100కు పైగా ఎంవోయూలు కుదిరే అవకాశం ఉందని ఆయన ఆశాభావం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. రూ.2లక్షలకోట్లకు పైగా పెట్టుబడులు వచ్చే అవకాశం ఉందని రావత్‌ చెప్పారు. sonykongara Posted January 9, 2016 Author Share Posted January 9, 2016 విశాఖ: సీఐఐ భాగస్వామ్య సదస్సు నేపథ్యంలో విశాఖలో భారీ భద్రతను ఏర్పాటు చేశామని సీపీ అమిత్ గార్గ్ తెలిపారు. 2 వేల మంది పోలీసులు, ఆక్టోపస్, గ్రేహౌండ్స్ దళాలు, నేవీ, మెరైన్ పోలీసులతో కట్టుదిట్టమైన భద్రత ఏర్పాట్లు చేశామన్నారు. సదస్సు ప్రాంగణం దగ్గర 32 సీసీ కెమెరాలతో నిఘా వేశామని చెప్పారు. విశాఖ నగరంలోని అన్ని ట్రాఫిక్ సిగ్నల్స్ అనుసంధానం చేశామని ఆయన అన్నారు. ఆర్కే బీచ్, హార్బర్ రోడ్డులో ట్రాఫిక్ ఆంక్షలు ఉంటాయని ప్రయాణికులు గమనించాలని అమిత్గార్గ్ అన్నారు. sonykongara Posted January 9, 2016 Author Share Posted January 9, 2016 విశాఖలో భాగస్వామ్య సదస్సుకు భారీ భద్రతా ఏర్పాట్లుహైదరాబాద్: విశాఖలో ఆదివారం సాయంత్రం ప్రారంభం కానున్న తొలి అంతర్జాతీయ భాగస్వామ్య సదస్సుకు అధికారులు భారీ భద్రతా ఏర్పాట్లు చేశారు. ఇప్పటివరకు 1400 మంది పేర్లు నమోదుచేసుకున్నారని పరిశ్రమలశాఖ ముఖ్యకార్యదర్శి ఎస్‌ఎస్‌ రావత్‌ తెలిపారు. వీరిలో 41 దేశాలకు చెందిన 300మంది ప్రతినిధులు ఉన్నట్లు చెప్పారు. భారీగా పెట్టుబడులు సాధించాలని ప్రభుత్వం భావిస్తోందని, 100కు పైగా అవగాహన ఒప్పందాలు కుదిరే అవకాశం ఉన్నట్లు తెలిపారు. ఈ సదస్సుకు నాలుగు అంచెల భద్రత ఏర్పాటుచేయనున్నట్లు విశాఖ నగర పోలీస్‌ కమిషనర్‌ అమిత్గార్గ్ తెలిపారు. 2వేల మంది పోలీసులతో భద్రతా ఏర్పాట్లు చేస్తామన్నారు. బందోబస్తులో విశాఖ నగర పోలీసులు, గ్రేహౌండ్స్, ఆక్టోపస్, మెరైన్ పోలీసులను వినియోగించనున్నట్లు పేర్కొన్నారు. అంతేకాకుండా కోస్ట్‌గార్డ్‌, నేవీ దళాలు కూడా భద్రతను పర్యవేక్షిస్తాయన్నారు. పంజాబ్‌లోని పఠాన్‌కోట్‌ దాడి ఘటన నేపథ్యంలో భద్రతను కట్టుదిట్టంచేసినట్లు తెలిపారు. విశాఖకు వచ్చే మార్గాల్లో 12 చెక్‌పోస్టులు, సదస్సు ప్రాంగణంలో 30 సీసీ కెమెరాలతో నిఘా ఏర్పాటు చేసినట్లు చెప్పారు. 47 ట్రాఫిక్ జంక్షన్లలోని కెమెరాలను అనుసంధానం చేసి నిఘా పర్యవేక్షిస్తామన్నారు.
