nope.. client pays to vendor, vendor pays to consultancies, consultancy pays to candidate... vendor and consultancy madhyalo inko layer kuda untadhi most of the times.. atleast this is how the mechanism is in US. i dont know about in india though.

nope.. client pays to vendor, vendor pays to consultancies, consultancy pays to candidate... vendor and consultancy madhyalo inko layer kuda untadhi most of the times.. atleast this is how the mechanism is in US. i dont know about in india though.

80$ billing position ki candidate ki 40 - 45$ pay chesthey anni karchulu poyi employer ki migiledhi something around 10 - 12$ .. anthey..  idhi fact.. inka dukanam sardeyyandi.. 

 

and that is also with a single vendor layer(Just EVC).. in case EVVC model aithe consultancy ki inkaa bokka padtadhi...

pay roll taxes konni consultancies employees diggara thinesthayi... but that is not legal.. pedda consultancies like above 100 employees or Advansoft lanti vallu constant ga USCIS scrutiny lo untaaru because of their volumes.. they wont do such kind of things because USCIS auditing lo dorikipotharu ani... chinna chinna consultancies like 20 employees, 10 employees lanti vallu employee diggara cut chesestaru..

US lo keka untadhi chicago lo vaadi office.. asalu anil sunkara ni thappu pattevallu kastha vaadi gurinchi thelsukunte better.. bench lo kuda salary lu iche consultancy vaadidhi... ye consultancy ki training ki vellina asalu thindi ekkuva pettakunda karchulu thaggistharu chala mandhi ni oka intlo kukkesi... Chicago lo Advansoft ki oka two to three blocks motham houses 3 bedroom vi..  anni rent ki untai eppudu.. occupancy unna.. lekapoina kuda..  thindi vishayam lo assalu constraints undavu.. okko room vallu 100s of dollars bill chestaru every week.. asalu extra entha kontunnaru anedhi pattinchukokunda pay chestharu venta ventane..

 

also, vaadi consultancy branches oka 15 to 20 cities lo unnai... aa cities lo manaki job vasthey monthly just 500$ pay chesthe chalu.. food and bed free akkada vaadi guest houses lo.. job chese vallaki, training theeskune vallu disturb cheyakunda separate rooms laga alott chestadu.. 2008 recession lo enno consultancies job leni students ni gentesthe veedokkade evarni pampincheyyakunda 10 months, 12 months aina poshinchaadu... chala consultancies chesayi alaaga.. veedu okkade best ani cheppatledhu.. but he is definetely one of the best. dont blame him without knowing about their administrative capabilities. 

 

At the end what he expects from students is complete dedication to learn and grow up the ladder..

bro motham chadavaledhu kani...chaduvina varuku aithe...bench pay nijam kadhu, bench pay ivadu asalu, 500 pay chesthe motham chusu kuntadu adhi kuda nijam kadhu!! food matter lo 80% of consultancies bane chusukuntai students ki no restrictions ika ah 20% dagara evaru students vundaru anthe!!

My point here is, Advansoft international is far better than 100s of consultancies in US. Infact, i rate them as one of the best and top most consultancies in US. Either in terms of transparency, payments or taking care of consultants, being fair, arranging proxies for interviews if you cant clear, whatever u name it and Advansoft is far better and miles ahead of many big competitors. I dont know why you got a negative opinion on them. As you said, you heard from friends, there will always be positive and negative about any company/individual. I have seen the good side, may be your friends saw the bad side.

Mostly... 10-12% untai employer tax 55% billing lo 75-25 isthey 13.75 Employer share , 41.25 Employee share... 13.75 lo 4-6$ employer tax... 4-5 $ Operational expenses ( Idi Desi companies with almost no full time employees in US and minimum office expenses untey kani inta minmum lo maintain cheyaleru american companies lo close to 20% untundi eh share minimum expenses unna company ki  ) Employer margin 3-4 $ Max... And denilo employer will take care of H1B cost and will pay the employee irrespective of vebdor payments .. so they get lonas from banks to pay employees on time... Loan interests kuda untai overheads lo...

 

Employee 41.25  antey around 93K .. OPT lo Employe taxes around 16-20% Untai H1B lo around 30% untai... so your take home will be around 75K on OPT if u r in this module.
