My point here is, Advansoft international is far better than 100s of consultancies in US. Infact, i rate them as one of the best and top most consultancies in US. Either in terms of transparency, payments or taking care of consultants, being fair, arranging proxies for interviews if you cant clear, whatever u name it and Advansoft is far better and miles ahead of many big competitors. I dont know why you got a negative opinion on them. As you said, you heard from friends, there will always be positive and negative about any company/individual.
