Hello everyone and welcome to coverage of the second match in the CB Series where India and Sri Lanka, both visitors to Australia, are facing each other in Brisbane. The news is that India have won the toss and will bat, with Yuvraj Singh returning to the line-up.

We're going to hope for a full match today after the series opener, between the hosts and India was washed out much to five-wicket hero Brett Lee's chagrin.

A perfect balance for the two sides here, there's not much to separate them and so we're all set for a good contest. Sri Lanka have won one warm-up and lost one so far, and they've now got their eye in on Australian soil.

India look like this: 1 Virender Sehwag, 2 Sachin Tendulkar, 3 Gautam Gambhir, 4 Rohit Sharma, 5 Yuvraj Singh, 6 MS Dhoni 7 Robin Uthappa, 8 Irfan Pathan, 9 Harbhajan Singh, 10 Sreesanth, 11 Ishant Sharma.

While Sri Lanka are comme ca: 1 Upul Tharanga, 2, Sanath Jayasuriya, 3 Kumar Sangakkara, 4 Mahela Jayawardene, 5 Tillakaratne Dilshan , 6 Chamara Silva, 7 Chamara Kapugedera, 8 Ishara Amerasinghe 9 Chaminda Vaas, 10 Lasith Malinga, 11 Muttiah Muralitharan.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni at the toss said: "It looks like a better wicket, it's not very sticky. The forecast is rain, so it gets a bit worrying for the batsmen, so I think we will get batting again."

One change, Yuvraj is back for Manoj Tiwary. "The way Yuvraj has performed in Australia, not only with his bat but the ball is very good." He also confirms that RP Singh has gone back home for some rest, and will miss the rest of the series.

Here's Mahela Jayawardene. "I would have preferred to bat, but it's always good to start the tournament. Looking forward to it, it looks a very good game. Hopefully there won't be too many interruptions and we can get a decent game."

And on Ishara Amerasinghe: "He's got some pace in him. He's been around a while and has been bowling well in the last six months in our domestic cricket so we thought it would be a good chance for him, especially as we don't have Dilhara [Fernando]."

Reflecting on the two-Test drubbing Australia dished out in November here. "We tried very hard, but those guys were very good. We always came back strongly in the second innings in the Tests, it wasn't good enough. We've learned a lot and hopefully we can come back stronger."
