I think they can easily remove the code. in case if not possible they will blurr that area which contains the code.

but still a good thought

This is what they are going to do once digitalization is done.. no printing cost.. as there are no reels.. theatres will screen the movie at the same time as it is telecasted directly and every theatre has its code printed on background of the movie like watermark.... almost comes in every 5mins at bckgrnd.

But as long as producers keep the cost of ticket to normal and theatre owners dont allow black tickets, people prefer to see in theatre.. piracy will be under control.. if u r keep tkt prices more or sell in black, thats what people prefer..
