ohh ada. usually traffic won't be symmetric in busy hours. for e.g in the morning there will be more traffic from Vijayawada to capital. So that time there will be two BRTS lanes in that direction. again in the evening capital to vijayawada will have two BRTS lanes.
This is quite normal on busy bridges connecting big city to suburbs.

I did not say using party flag and corruption are same.
This is government scheme. not TDP scheme. so using party flag is not appropriate. @KvrReddy was justifying this by mentioning congress was worse. if you condone something because others did worse, then my question would be a natural conclusion.
