Social impact assessment. study related to people directly and indirectly affected by a project. deals with populations, age groups, occupations, relocation possibilities, also studies un intentional social consequences ... etc. for e.g in a Dam project. if there is a 300-400m wide river between two villages where people can walk across it during most of the year, they can easily attend family functions across. but once a dam is built down stream and back water fills up, they can never walk across it.

  11. Are you sure about 5-10km in all directions? My office building is 8+1 floors. less than 500 meters from international airport( perpendicular to runway direction).   14. Not really. even Delhi-Mumbai bullet train is not viable. That feasibility study was sponsored by the companies vying to get the equipment supply contract. Please check IIM Ahmadabad study. They claim there should at least 100000+ passengers a day i.e. 100 trips a day. ticket price on par with airplane. These numbers are valid only if the project gets completed on time. It was good but felt it is small. They could have built it a little bigger at nominally higher cost if they want . but they did not. looks like there is some thing cooking in the background ?
  16. 200kmph is good enough. vizag-chennai 4-5 hours, Vijayawada-Tirupathi, Chennai around 2 hours.. good speed with reasonable price. affordable to railways and passengers. Bullet trains mojulo railways ni bankrupt cheyyatam tappa vaati valla benefit peddaga vundadu manaki.
