  1. if you avoid carbohydrates you can have two big bananas daily......more over if you need to recharge your energy during work outs take coconut water
  2. Chicken,fish,beans,lentils ,milk ,egg...best form of protein is vegatable protein....Rajam,Chole,beans,milk.....these have low cholestrol content.....best thing to build stamina.....take a banana before work out ...or have a shot of nitric oxide ,protein......
