i beleive total statement needs to be corrected. aruthadi already is in progress.since water is less needed for that farmers getting water from local sources.now NS water only simplifies the process in cost and work. Paddy fields are empty now and they need water for harvesting paddy..

Bro.Ap can use its quota any where they would like to.Correct.But AP has different irrigation areas.what is the priority to do.NS has 50 years of history and right for priority like delta had (of course now delta had alternative).after delta NS had its right.if water is still available(its flood or nikara) left over water can be taken to rayalaseema who will have objection assume if NS has used its water with out leaving to Prakasham barriage (in earlier years) same will be told by govt?
