Procedure 2: 1 acre = 100 cents First Govt will develop total land.. that means 40 cents will cover by roads, parks etc etc remaining 60 cents will be develop and Govt share is 60% : 60 cents * 60/100= 36 cents and farmers share is 40% that means 24 cents.. ante 1 Acre Govt ki isthee return vachedhi 24 cents right ??? IF procedure 2 is in govt policy then what will farmer will do after getting 24 cents ???
