nandakishore Posted June 2, 2010 Share Posted June 2, 2010 Education News NAIDU PATS IIT TOP RANKERS The Telugu Desam party has expressed its happiness over the towering success of the State students in the prestigious IIT entrance examination at national level. According to a pressnote issued by NTR Trust Bhavan here on Thursday, the party chief, Mr N Chandrababu Naidu, said that it was amazing that the State students bagged seven ranks in top 10. Mr Naidu congratulated the rankers Jithender Reddy (1st rank), Uday Shaw (2nd rank), Madhu Kiran (4th rank), Sathwik (6th rank), Janardhan Reddy (7th rank), Nikhil (8th rank) and Gopal (9th rank) and their parents. Mr Naidu said that the foundation for IITs was laid during TDP rule only. It was proud moment to the state that the students were bagging the top ranks for the last few years, he added.
