chsrk Posted March 10, 2010 Share Posted March 10, 2010 alludu aa recipie vunte ettu, inataaniki bagundhi simple baa..grounded turkey or chicken vuntadhi kada.. as usual boil oil, add vullipay..fry grounded turky or grounded chicken, till all the water goes away and continue till you will know it has almost been fried..then add ginger garlic paste+ salt, kaaram, masala, turmeric and finally few minutes before add cut leafy vegetables..and fry till completion..aa tasty food is ready..
