NTR_ONE Posted January 10, 2010 Share Posted January 10, 2010 Eluru MP Kavuri Sambashiva Rao has been spearheading the Samaikhyandhra movement in Delhi. Speaking to the media he stated that after observing the statistics of funds allocation and development in each region of Andhra Pradesh, its understood that major developments took place in Telangana region after 1956. The question of development as a reason for separate state is now ruled out added the Eluru MP. Kavuri also stated that the central government is considering to appoint a strong Telangana leader as the Deputy CM of the state and end the ongoing crisis. Congress leader Damodar Reddy criticised Kavuri for coming up with statements which hurt the sentiments of Telangana people.
