minion
Glad to see this trend. Healthy stuff ... and provides income for others ... what's not to like ... I hope this trend spreads to other towns/cities in AP. Love to see raagi mudda, jonna sangati, korra buvva on the menu ... if they can serve with pappu/sambar and some veggies ... that would be stellar. minion
problem is ... they need to learn to scale it ... when 30-50-100 people show up. Not easy, but doable with some help.
minion
This is exactly why I love contributing to Akshyaya Patra ... Their intentions are good ... and they figured out the logistics of mass scale production and serving ... May be we can apply some of their techniques to mom and pop establishments ... Trust me ... middle income economies is what drives things forward ... and these are the people driving that engine forward. We are not doing them a favor ... we're doing ourselves a favor.
