If you are looking for technical then best option is to go for ABAP(others in technical area are BI/BW,XI/PI,BODS,BASIS)ABAP will have more number of calls.

Functional area FICO is in more demand to my knowledge not sure if you fit the requirement since you are into HR and marketing.

 

Since you are from IT background my suggestion is to go with any of the technical module.
