Without antey konchem late avuddi result...

morning on empty stomach 250 ml of warm water + 1 & half tea spoon honey make sure you wake up around 6 - 6:30.... so you have this honey drink at around 7...

a small bowl of oats without sugar but just only with milk... around 7:30 or 8

2 idly s around 9.. a musambi juice without sugar around 11..

lunch only one bowl of rice but chapatis 2 or 3....

again a musambi juice without sugar at around 5....

dinner only chapatis... upto 4 no problem

strictly no junk food

drink hell lots of water as much as possible because the more water you drink more soluble will be body fat

just 2 months cheyyandi uncle strict ga u ll have amazing results...

non veg - egg white and chicken only

strictly no mutton
