IT hub "ki" ani teesukovatam ledu brother. aa land lo vacche one of the projects is IT hub. above article also mentioned it is for IT, Tourism and other uses. electronic manufacturing is not as bad as other manufacturing industries, in fact, some of them are much cleaner than our software technology parks. e.g. foxconn ..etc. projects in these lands will be green and clean type. No pharmaceutical or petrochemical type industries. By the way these lands are not contiguous. So, it is unlikely 1000s of acres will be given to a single industry.

Sonybrother, My guess is these proposed forest lands has no farming potential that is the reason they are still under govt control - not occupied by farmers/binamis. In that kind of lands even trees can not survive without some body taking care of them.
Red Sandal is grown for wood and grows slowly. that can not be cut. So farmers has no incentive to grow. poni farmers cut chesukovataniki ki exemption iddamanukunna it defeats the purpose of growing greenery.

ee new forest land lo greenery penchali ante, better allow small farmers to grow native fruit trees like Mamidi, chinta, neredu .etc (non-dwarf varieties with long life span) in those lands. They don't own the land but they can take the harvest. Govt. should provide funding for drip irrigation equipment and plant saplings. This way wild life may not be restored but at least greenery will be restored.

We desparately need water brother. At least one week full capacity discharge is needed on both sides. That means pattiseema has to work at full capacity for two weeks continuously. (highly unlikely)

It needs a straight connecting road brother. Currently it is around 100km. Straight road will cut it to 60km (commute distance) and helps expand Ongole. Otherwise Vinukonda might grab some of the action.
