The way to do Tuck jumps.....the most effective work out which squeezes out your hip and belly fat....
Have 10 mins warmup after hitting the gym or running field....
Now time to do tuck jumps after 10 mins warm up as you will have the maximum energy at this time
Do a set of 5 -15 in 30 secs - rest 30 secs and repeat this for 3 sets
I am doing 4 sets at present 4*15 2-3 times a week as i do weights after it ......not tough guys you can do it .......all that is required is practice
you can also make 100 tuck jumps if you want fast calorie burning as an alternative for cardio........
