  3. brother follow this schedule in a week Day1 Chest+Triceps Day2 Back+biceps+abs Day3 Shoulders and legs Day4 Rest Repeat day 1to 3 on days 5,6,7 with 10-15 mins cardio daily this will be more than enough
  4. There are 2 types of carbs ...simple and complex ....taking complex carbs is always better since they are fiber and take time to digest which indirectly helps you in eating less........the best source of carbs are millets in my opinion ....

  8. yes you can increase your weight lifting stamina if you take it as pre work out gradually .....but i would suggest you to stop it after attaining specific stamina
  9. I use Gold-standard whey protein ....not regularly though ....3 months in every year peak work out and diet chesta appude whey protein ...normal times i go with foods which are high in protein......
  10. take 2 scoops per day....one with morning breakfast and next take it as pre-workout with banana to gain strength

Do alternative exercises every week....One week barbell and machines and next week only dumbells and weight free exercises ......Also do abs work out 10 mins every alternative day......Building stamina with weights is more important ......do burpees and cardio for atleast 15-20 mins daily ......this itself is enough my suggestion only take complex carbohydrates which have much fiber .......try millets(ragi,sajja,jonna) if you are taking carbohydrates they are the best carbohydrates available
  13. ok then have weight support for your legs and slowly reduce weights as you get comfort ....
  14. pull ups kuda add cheyy brother....it gives you good strength with back and shoulders
  15. more over burpees with jump ? I combine burpee with pushup and jump all in a single take .......i can make 4 sets 15-20 each...also try to do lot's of push ups and pull ups .......most important muscle is leg ....if you have good leg muscle your stamina will be more for cardio....
