  1. Same me too brother..fell sick and no workout from last 3 weeks...just assumed my workouts today....
  2. Ragi sangati and jonna roti are better than wheat bread with more fiber and less carbs and more nutritious with less sugars....try those they also have good iron content...also sajja roti is very good
