నేడు శ్రీసిటీ సెజ్‌లో జపాన్‌ బృందం పర్యటనహైదరాబాద్‌, మే 24(ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి): ఘన వ్యర్థాలతో విద్యుదుత్పత్తి, స్మార్ట్‌ ట్రాఫిక్‌ నియంత్రణ విధానం ద్వారా మితిమీరిన వేగాన్ని నియంత్రించడంతో పాటు.. పలు పరిశ్రమలను స్థాపించేందుకు జపాన ఆసక్తి చూపుతోంది. జపాన మినిస్టర్‌ ఆఫ్‌ ఎకానమీ, ట్రేడ్‌, ఇండసీ్ట్ర యోసుకె టకాగీ సారథ్యంలో 70 మంది పారిశ్రామికవేత్తల బృందం సోమవారం విజయవాడకు చేరుకుంది. సీఎం చంద్రబాబు.. పరిశ్రమలు, మౌలిక సదుపాయాలు, ఆర్థికాభివృద్ధి మండలి అధికారులతో పవర్‌ పాయింట్‌ ప్రజెంటేషనలతో బిజీగా గడిపిన జపాన బృందం.. మంగళవారం కూడా పలు పరిశ్రమలు, సాంకేతిక నైపుణ్యాలపై పవర్‌ పాయింట్‌ ప్రజెంటేషనలు ఇచ్చింది. జపాన ప్రతినిధుల బృందంతో సమావేశమైన రాష్ట్ర ఆర్థికాభివృద్ధి మండలి సీఈవో కృష్ఱ కిశోర్‌ మాట్లాడుతూ.. పరిశ్రమల స్థాపనతోనే రెండంకెల వృద్ధి సాధ్యమని సీఎం చంద్రబాబు విశ్వసిస్తున్నారని చెప్పారు. పరిశ్రమల స్థాపనతో.. ఉద్యోగ అవకాశాలు గణనీయంగా పెరుగుతాయన్నారు. కృష్ణ కిశోర్‌ ఇచ్చిన సమాచారం మేరకు.. జపాన్ పారిశ్రామిక సంస్థలు ఘన వర్థాలతో విద్యుదుత్పత్తి చేసినప్పుడు కాలుష్యంతో కూడిన దుర్వాసన వెలువడదు. అసలు అక్కడ ఘన వ్యర్థాలతో విద్యుదుత్పత్తి జరుగుతుందన్న అభిప్రాయమే కలగదు. పైగా.. విద్యుదుత్పత్తి అయ్యాక.. ఘన వ్యర్థాలను ఎరువుగా మారుస్తారు. ఇలాంటి ప్లాంట్‌ను ఏర్పాటు చేస్తామన్న జపాన సంస్థలకు ఏపీ గ్రీన్‌సిగ్నల్‌ ఇచ్చింది. జూ పరిశ్రమలు స్థాపించేందుకు అనువైన వాతావరణంపై అధ్యయనం చేయడానికి బుధవారం శ్రీసిటీ సెజ్‌లో జపాన బృందం పర్యటించనుంది. ట్రాఫిక్‌ నియంత్రణకు, స్మార్ట్‌ ట్రాఫిక్‌ విధానం అమలు చేసేందుకు జపాన సంస్థలు ముందుకు వచ్చాయి. ఈ విధానంలో.. రహదారి పొడవునా కెమెరాలు ఏర్పాటు చేసి వాహన వేగంపై నిఘా పెడతారు. ట్రాఫిక్‌ సిగ్నల్‌ దగ్గరకు ఆ వాహనాలు చేరుకునే నంబర్‌తో సహా పోలీసులకు సమాచారం చేరుతుంది. వెంటనే ఆ వాహనాలపై పోలీసు అధికారులు చర్యలు తీసుకుంటారు. రహదారులపై వాహనాల వేగాన్ని నియంత్రిస్తే.. ప్రమాదాలను నివారించవచ్చని జపాన్ సంస్థలు వెల్లడిస్తున్నాయి. దీనిని విజయవాడలో ప్రయోగాత్మకంగా అమలు చేయాలని ప్రభుత్వం భావిస్తోంది.

Chief Minister has approved the design of the Guizhou International Investment Corporation of China. Vijayawada City Square has many attractions to look at, according the design plan. Below are the Highlights: Area: Vijayawada City Square will come up in 16 acres of land Iconic Pillar: This Iconic pillar would be at the center of the park. which will have Ashoka symbol with four lions Space for Public Meetings: There would be space to conduct public meetings as it used to be earlier in PWD Grounds 24/7 Exhibition Center: There would be an exhibition center, where all kinds of exhibitions, shows, circus etc.. could be organised Musical Fountain and Attractive Lighting: A musical fountain would entertain the visitors, with different kinds of laser lights Gaming Zone: Apart from exhibitions, there would be a dedicated gaming zone with all kind of play items, video games, indoor games etc.. Mini Indoor Stadium: A mini indoor stadium would also come up in this area Iconic Building: This iconic building would be a special attraction in the park. It will have restaurants, food courts, rest rooms etc.. Corporate Offices: A special office would be built with a complete corporate look, which would be rented for various companies for their meetings Shopping Zone: A dedicated shopping zone would be come up in a three floor building Theme Park: A Theme park would be there throughout the park, and especially while passing through the underground parking Swimming Pool: Swimming Pool is an additional attraction Underground Parking: There would be no problem for parking space. విజయవాడ సిటీ స్క్వేర్‌ స్వరాజ్య మైదానంలో భారీ ప్రాజెక్టు పీపీపీ పద్ధతిలో నిర్మాణం జీఐఐసీ డిజైన్‌కు సీఎం ఆమోదం రాష్ట్రానికే తలమానికంగా ఏర్పాటు విజయవాడ, మే 22 (ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి): బెజవాడ నగరానికి కొత్త కళ రానుంది. ఇప్పటికే పలు సుందరీకరణ పనులు, నూతన భవనాల నిర్మాణం చేపట్టిన సర్కారు... ప్రతిష్ఠాత్మకమైన, భారీ ప్రాజెక్టుకు ఆమోదముద్ర వేసింది. అది... ‘విజయవాడ సిటీ స్క్వేర్‌’. నగరం నడిబొడ్డున ఉన్న స్వరాజ్య (పీడబ్ల్యూడీ) దీనిని నిర్మించనున్నారు. ముఖ్యమంత్రి క్యాంపు కార్యాలయం, స్టేట్‌ గెస్ట్‌ హౌస్‌, ఇతర ముఖ్యమైన ప్రభుత్వ భవనాల మధ్య దీనిని అతి సుందరంగా తీర్మిదిద్దుతారు. చైనా సంస్థ జీఐఐసీ రూపొందించిన సిటీ స్క్వేర్‌ డిజైన్‌కు సీఎం చంద్రబాబు ఆమోదం తెలిపారు. ఆదివారం ఉదయం సీఎం నివాసంలో జరిగిన సమావేశంలో మంత్రి దేవినేని ఉమా, కృష్ణా జిల్లా కలెక్టర్‌ బాబు, విజయవాడ మునిసిపల్‌ కమిషనర్‌ జి.వీరపాండ్యన్‌, జీఐఐసీ ప్రతినిధులు పాల్గొన్నారు. స్వరాజ్య మైదానంలో ఉన్న నిర్మాణాలను తొలగించి మొత్తం స్థలంలో సిటీ స్క్వేర్‌ ప్రాజెక్టు చేపట్టాలని నిర్ణయించారు. ప్రస్తుతం ఈ మైదానంలో ఉన్న భవనాలు, రైతు బజార్‌ను తొలగిస్తే ఇదివరకటికంటే ఎక్కువ స్థలం అందుబాటులోకి రానుంది. విజయవాడకే కాకుండా రాష్ట్రం మొత్తానికే సిటీ స్క్వేర్‌ ఒక ఐకానిక్‌ నిర్మాణంగా వెలుగొందుతుందని ప్రభుత్వం భావిస్తోంది. సిటీ స్క్వేర్‌లో దుకాణ సముదాయాలు, సమావేశ మందిరాలు నిర్మిస్తారు. ఎగ్జిబిషన్లను కూడా నిర్వహించుకోవచ్చు. ప్రభుత్వ-ప్రైవేటు భాగస్వామ్యంతో చేపట్టే ఈ ప్రాజెక్టు అభివృద్ధి దశలవారీగా జరుగుతుంది. ఈ ప్రాజెక్టుకు రూ.135 కోట్లు ఖర్చవుతుందని అంచనా వేస్తున్నారు. ప్రభుత్వంపై ఎలాంటి వ్యయ భారం పడబోదని ముఖ్యమంత్రికి అధికారులు చెప్పారు. విజయవాడ సిటీ స్క్వేర్‌ పూర్తయితే పర్యాటకులకు ఇదో ప్రధాన ఆకర్షణగా మారుతుందని... నగర ఆదాయ అవకాశాలు గణనీయంగా పెరుగుతాయని ఆశిస్తున్నారు. స్వరాజ్య మైదానంలో ఉన్న రైతు బజార్‌ను అలంకార్‌ థియేటర్‌ సమీపంలో రూ.4 కోట్ల వ్యయంతో నిర్మించే మోడల్‌ రైతు బజారుకు తరలిస్తారు. ఈ రైతు బజారులో 350 స్టాళ్లను అత్యంత ఆధునాతన రీతిలో ఏర్పాటు చేస్తామని అధికారులు చెప్పారు.
