BJP led Central government is totally acting insensitive over the issues pertaining to Andhra Pradesh. Union Forests Ministry is sitting on the file proposing to de-notify forest lands in the Capital region. Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act promises to de-notify the necessary forest lands for the Capital Construction. The state government wants to de-notify 13285.25 hectares (32828 acres) of Forest Land for Amaravati. In lieu of these lands, the state government offered to grow forests in the lands in Nellore, Prakasam, Kadapa and Srikakulam districts. The state government promised to have non-polluting industries, environmental tourism projects, health and educational institutions here. Two central teams came to Amaravati and the alternative land areas. A meeting between CRDA officials, State Forest department officials and the central officials happened in Delhi. This meeting happened couple of months ago but the center is sitting on the proposal with out giving any confirmation.

జూన్‌ 27లోపు ఉద్యోగులను తరలిస్తాం ఏపీ మంత్రి నారాయణ గుంటూరు: హైదరాబాద్‌లో పనిచేస్తున్న ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులను జూన్‌ 27లోపు ఏపీ రాజధాని అమరావతికి తరలిస్తామని ఏపీ పురపాలకశాఖ మంత్రి పి.నారాయణ ప్రకటించారు. గుంటూరు జిల్లా తుళ్లూరు మండలం వెలగపూడి వద్ద ప్రభుత్వ భవన సముదాయ నిర్మాణాలను మంత్రి పరిశీలించారు. పనుల పురోగతిపై నిర్మాణ సంస్థ ప్రతినిధులతో చర్చించారు. సకాలంలో పనులు పూర్తి చేసి ప్రభుత్వానికి అందిస్తామని నిర్మాణ సంస్థ ప్రతినిధులు మంత్రి నారాయణకు హామీ ఇచ్చారు. సచివాలయంలో కార్యకలాపాలు ప్రారంభమైన తర్వాత కూడా నిర్మాణ పనులు కొనసాగుతాయన్నారు. ఉద్యోగుల విధులకు ఆటంకం లేకుండా నిర్మాణ పనులు పూర్తిచేసేందుకు ప్రణాళిక రూపొందిస్తున్నట్లు వివరించారు. అమరావతి నిర్మాణానికి భూములిచ్చిన రైతులకు త్వరలోనే ప్లాట్లు అందిస్తామని మంత్రి చెప్పారు. ఇప్పటికే నేలపాడుకు ల్యాండ్‌ పూలింగ్‌ నోటిఫికేషన్‌ ఇచ్చామన్నారు.
