NTR garu became great not purely by his own talent, but by his command over script, story telling, etc. I know you grew up poor and with lot of hardships, however, you must realize things are different now. you ought be responsible. Pls deploy great strategies and take an intelligent approach to film making. It does not mean you have to use ur mind n not heart What it means is that you have to be very intelligent and creative and be a critic of your own work 1. Firstly, never listen to stories in bars, parties and shooting spots. 2. Never hug or shake hands the moment u hear a story,..rem how many times u had done that already. did those stories really become great on screen? the moment you praise a director, he believes in your conviction and blindly follows his script 3. Listen to stories in your office. As soon as the narration is over, plays devil's advocate to the character and story. Why this? Why that? Etc. on a big white board, sketch out story and characterization..ask 100s of questions.u critic the story 4m the worst case scenario not all directors are capable of seeing stories on screen prior to them coming to you Never blindly believe in a story, characterization or capability in a director..he is good after the film is good and not b4 4. Spend quality time alone and write scripts, lyrics, see world cinema and innovate in stories, fights, dances 5. You are a powerhouse of talent and it is you who can direct that talent the best.. if a director praises you to be single take artist, then probably he didn't extract the best from you most directors don't even think..they might not have the education or skills in story writing. don't follow templates, interval blocks, pre climax kick songs....people are changing and audiences want diff things you are totally mistaken if you still think you are a great mass hero. The so called "mass" in few areas of ceded regions will bring few crores additional revenue however, collections from overseas and nizam area are key to records The very fact you have neglected areas of nizam is a testament to your lack of market analysis and strategy have a great character that speaks in telagana accent and include more entertainment,,they will automatically follow u participate in movie making..think how heroins roles are, work in editor's room at times, write lyrics great actors line ntr and rajni had conviction in their own abilities as what kind of stories that they intend to make rather than blindly waiting for directors one liners or stories hope you learn from mistakes..you are extremely talented,,..THINK..think..think If some1 speaks greatly of a u, you invite him to dinner at home ....these things don't translate to great movies ex. pawan does not care for DSP..and yet even pranathi akka will tell you his music for pawan's films are greater than yours.. pls remove "mass" from your mind..gone are those days. movie makes money from multiplexes and through family crowd.. trust but verify...half way through movie, see the rushes in editing room to see if taking is correctly headed...make changes look at a depth and variety of characterization..be selfish in how greatly your role is (ex. rajni and Amir) Conduct SWOT analysis of you as an actor. Google what SWOT is. final thoughts- Be a maker, not that of the made. Don't merely copy You create things for others to follow, always have your own thoughts and conviction. Take failure seriously, very seriously. Make (write down) lessons learned and apply to your next film Film making is a science. Story telling is an art. Acting is a display of skill/talent. Be a scientist in this. Hope You will come back very strongly. Don't take fans seriously. You do your work smartly and be creative thinker.
