GOM antaru. anni 'most important' central govt tasks ki GOM ni appoint chestaru. this GOM head will automatically get same powers as PM to take decisions on that specific task. the concept is GOM wiil take off the burden on PM as later's time is limited..and PM cannot monitor the progress on a day to basis which is otherwise achieved by GOM. for example.. after suresh kalmadi was sacked..delhi lo jarigina asian games ki GOM ni appoint chesaru..that GOM was headed by jaipal reddy. adhi matter. hope i am clear.
