nenu chicken fry ki blog chusa... akkai konchem lengthy procedure pettindi.... naku telisina procedure tho chinna chinna marpulu chesa akkai bog suggestions tho... adiripoyindi.... Akkai Ur Blog made the difference :kick:

chicken 65 emundi harish marinate chesi pakkana pettesi deep fry chesina tarvatha sliced garlic, curry leavs, green chillies, Chilli garlic sauce lo fry chesi serve chesukovatame

 

65 ki deep fry eh time tinestadi... pani ekkuva procedure takkuva eh item ki

chilli chicken and chicken 65 ki taste lo chala difference vuntadhi.... 65 ki ingredients pedha ga avasaram ledhu...ginger garlic paste, garam masala, karam, perugu and uppu is all what u need...chilli chicken ki konni chinese ingredients padathai which makes all the difference. with 65 you can oven roast instead of deep frying..

chicken 65 deep fry cheyyatam istam lepothe u can always oven bake it. taste pedha difference emi radhu....

 

Oven lo eh range ki avche varaku fry cheyali akkai? eeh oven baking procedure cheppu... rest of the things wont consume much time... so frequnt ga chesukovachu...

nenu marination and last lo both times vesthanu rey.. marinate sethe mukkaki padtundhi so I prefer tat way :D

Chilli Chicken ki marination appudey Sauces kalipey mannav enti akkai... epppudu vinalaa ilaa... general ga deep fry cheysaka kada sauce lu kalipi veyincheydi... :thinking:

just like u do for tandoori chicken rey... preheat 400F. then marinated chicken lo 1 tbsp or so oil vesi kalipi oven lo foil vesi chicken spread cheyyi..bake for 15 mins. then flip the chicken and bake for 10 more minutes. done...inka opika vunte broil ki turn chesi 5 to 10 minutes vunchithe taste super..broil turn on chesaka check for every 5 minutes just not to burn the chicken..also broil turn on chesinaka oven tray with chciken pieces ni coil ki daggaraki shift chesthe inka manchidhi..manchi charred taste and deep fried texture vastundhi.. :notlistening:
