If Sachin, does the same u say its team effort and dhoni is just a buffon, Just think off, the way u think, if u think team effort i would say yes, if u would say only becoz of gangfadu its up to you. What I mean is Individual performance, Team Effort, Captaincy all are different but are inter-linked... Group of good Individual performances make it a team effort... Better Team Effort can be obtained from Better Captaincy... However, poor captaincy need not be a Team failure, and Team Failure doesn't mean every Individual has failed...
