At the same time leaving congress is also a set back to Jagan. My view is that both Jagan and Congress will not do this(not giving much importance to each other) if there was no BIG (say very BIG) reason. How could congress think Chiru could serve them better than Jagan How could Jagan think it will be better for him to go without congress in long him..
