Dear Friends,

 

You are aware that there is a large gap between the curriculum offered by the colleges and the requirements of the industry. Hence, there is a need to orient the job seekers towards the needs of Software Industry.

 

NTR Memorial Trust has taken up the initiative of guiding the unemployed graduates who have strong subject knowledge but not good at soft skills. They will be oriented with an objective of securing a placement. Saturday and Sunday (week end) training programs are planned that is going to be inaugurated on 20-11-2010 at 10:30 AM.

 

Some of the of the highlights of the training are

 

1. Clues for written examination.

 

2. Resume preparation.

 

3. Just A Minute Session.

 

4. Group Discussions.

 

5. Interview Skills.

 

6. Psychometric Assessment.

 

7. Personality Development.

 

We request you to contribute your ideas and we will appreciate your participation on week ends.

 

You can be a mentor to guide 2 or 3 participants on your preferential platforms.

 

We appreciate your reply and your willingness to spare your valuable time on week ends. You can also mention the number of hours that you can spare. The training will go on from 10 AM to 4 PM.
