Perry Watkins, a British architect, has unveiled the world's smallest car, at 104 centimeters high, 130 centimeters long and 66 centimeters wide, the British Metro reported Wednesday. The Guinness Book of World Records has certified the mini car "Wind Up" as the world's smallest car. Moreover, his car has officially been licensed to drive on public streets as its top speed is 60km/h. The world's smallest automobile is slated to be displayed in the upcoming motor show in Essen, Germany, on Nov. 27, the British Metro reported. The car has child's seat with seatbelts attached, chassis borrowed from a Shanghai Shenke 150cc automatic quad bike, tires and wheels from Hondas Monkey motorcycle. "Wind Up" is not Watkins first creation. He devised a vehicle called the "Flatmobile," the shortest vehicle in the world at only 48 centimeters high. Its speed can even reach 160 km/h.
