This is better from greenery perspective. Instead of those stupid lawns in earlier plans, here they're showcasing trees

Formula One ah?formal one ki kuda use ayyetattu undali anta
Aa tracks ki usual ga turns vuntayi kada. Also, formula one doesn't need wider roads
-
aa dividers madhyalo cycling, walking tracks vesukunna total 100m saripothundhithey may be thinking of leaving much wider margin between the opposite sides like 30-40 meters for greenery or future purposes. wider margin is needed for safety reasons also. if the opposite traffic is next to each other , night time high beam lights makes driving risky.
If 4 lanes are not enough, then 40 lanes will also be not enough. Inculcating lane sense is important.

I understand the need to have a big park, but still 300 acres ah
Instead multiple parks should be developed for every 5 Sq.Km area. In that way people can have easier access to parks in their locations.

150m width ah?
Highway meedha one lane ante 3.5m width vuntundhi. ee lekkana 8-lane (4 on each side) vesukunna kani 28m avthundhi.
Adding margins (5m on each side), Service roads (15m on each side), leaving space for plantation on dividers (say 15m+5m+5m) ila entha spacious ga vesukunna kaani 100m kuda avvadhu
Heat penchataniki thappithe dheniki use ayyela ledhu

See if this helps http://horticulture.ap.nic.in/wr.pdfMy dad has been contemplating this for a long time now and gave up due to non-availability of labor. Some time back there was news that machines could be used for the same and government would reimburse all or part of the cost. My dad tried going around offices trying to find information but nobody has no clue about that. Water in my area is between 700-1000 feet. So I have a hard time making him believe of its usefulness to spend so much on our own (without government help).
This is one time i felt, lack of correct information deters a lot of enthusiasts especially related to government schemes. I wish a day comes, when we have a mechanism where somebody can apply online and get approved.

Super200-acre botanical garden to come up in Amaravati!
A 200-acre botanical garden which will be the single largest lung space in Amaravati will come in Sakhamuru, a village in Thullur mandal. The AP-Capital Region Development Authority (AP-CRDA) has identified a 100-acre parcel of land for the garden and will soon begin developing it. The Agency plans to establish it across 200 acres, but for the time being, the initiative is limited to half that area. The garden will expand at a later stage. The botanical reserve will have a rich variety of plants intended to act a repository of diverse types of flora from the region. Upon completion, the garden will serve as a tourist spot and a place of interest for school and college students.
Other Green Initiatives:
• Six nurseries set up by the landscaping and environment wing of the CRDA at Mandadam, Kondamarajupalem, Navuluru, Penumaka, Velagapudi and Venkatayapalem will help raise greenery across the region. These facilities together have a collection of 10 lakh saplings
• Two other big projects undertaken by the CRDA are those which will give Gannavaram–Ramavarappadu and Kanaka Durga Varadhi–Pottur (Guntur Rural Mandal) stretches of the respective national highways a green look by raising plantations along the central dividers
• Krishna green belt: A 100-metre wide green belt is to be created along the course of the Krishna river
Should incorporate the suggestions provided by Swaminathan
