Yes he definitely did, he wouldn't have played 5 nervous set against Felix on clay if Nole was not his next opponent...!!! Nole felt the same aginst Rafa in the 1st set, he couldn't play his best because Rafa was the opponent....some Tennis gyan...!!!

Win or loss Rafa is a fighter, his fans might but he won't accept defeat before the fight. Almost every tennis singles player goes through 1 or major surgeries during or at the end of their careers. Murray postponed major hip surgery for more than 7 years just because he couldn't even play again. He came back to the court same year (2018) he got surgery.
