  4. Agree to the US part…it can’t be Int’l hub…because its physically located on the far corner…vast pacific oceans on its west…not many huge destinations to its far west. ME3 part…it surely is a big dent to Indian airlines…Just compare how many passengers use Air India Vs ME3 flights…you will get your answer. Delhi part…I don’t agree. If forcibly made a hub, then there is no choice. But practically, Delhi is not the better option. 3 months a year severe delays due to poor visibility. Frequent delays for rest of the year. Being the capital, security is a risk. If you remember post covid, Flights have to take a longer route around Pakistan as Indian Airlines are denied to use its Air route. We have to circle back around Pakistan and need to reach Delhi over Mumbai. Fuel costs skyrockted and also, US flights had to stop in Vienna for fueling. We suffered a lot during that time. Overall a horrible idea to Make Delhi as a hub.

  6. Right now India’s major goal is to make Delhi into International hub….They wanted to capture the market of International passengers and also not let Indian market slip from its hands. Anduke they are killing Mumbai airport too for this reason. Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Singapore are major hubs in Asia. India being in the middle of all those, don’t have a capturing market. Now they want to build one. Anduke all major destinations ki Air India connections are from Delhi only. This is good in Air India’s and Indian Aviation ministry’s perspective, but too bad for the passengers. 3-4 months Delhi have worst climate and visibility issues. Clogging air traffic and severe air pollution. Air India has ordered a large number of Aircraft’s from Boeing and Airbus. Avi baaga delay avutunnai. Avi anukunnattu vaste veella plan implementation easy ayyedi.
  7. Emi’rate’s is the best for connecting to global destinations….but expensive these days. Qatar is the new cheaper airlines with a very good airport with ease of connection to the major US destinations.

  23. I say almost zero chances. Hub cheyaali ante you need way bigger terminal and operational arrangements. Moreover its not located in the middle of busy routes.
