For me the Ideal place is Kethanakonda area after mulapadu on HYD highway from VJA. Its will be with in 5-8 kms from core capital(may be a new bridge is needed on Krishna). Will be between IRR and ORR. Immediately off of NH-65 IRR access to VJA city. ORR/IRR access to Guntur, Nuzivid. No landpooling needed in core capital region and yet very close to capital. Immediately om the other side of Amaravathi town across the river. East, West, Khammam, Nalgonda ki much closer. Overall very less hurdles.

Ippudu Hyd inner parts nunchi Shamshabad ki 2 hours pattuddi…VJA nunchi roads baagunte 4.5 hrs….similar concept anukondi.

Close to guntur and Santhenapalli. Far away from VJA….Inner ring road use cheyaali VJA people. Krishna, East, West, Khammam ki kooda doorame. But Prakasam, Guntur, Nellore and Nalgonda areas ki baaga daggera avuddi.
