Xendia
[face=Verdana]K. Viswanth And Veturi Come Together[/face] [face=Geneva]Veteran film lyricist Veturi Sundara Ramamurthy will soon be seen in a new avatar. He has been signed to pen the story of renowned director 'Kalatapaswi' K. Viswanath's next film titled 'Siri'kakulam (yes, you read it right). And what's more. Efforts are on to rope in a 'top hero' (a legendary actor's son) to play the lead role in this film. Kudos To Veturi: Veturi, who is in his 80s, is still the most preferred lyricist in the Telugu film industry. He has been roped in to pen lyrics for all the songs of Mani Ratnam's Guru, Shankar's Sivaji and Mallepuvvu.[/face] Source:CineGoer [face=Courier]NBK as "Siri" Kakulam ? Kiran
May be this is based on vETUri's book 'sirikA kolanu cinnadi'. at one point NTR wanted to make it as a movie. NTR wanted certain changes owing to his popularity as a mass hero at that time and vETUri didn't want to make any changes as he thought it will spoil the mood of the movie and both decided that it was not time to do the movie and dropped.
