If you pick a bread in walmart, you should see the ingredients... don't know what we are eating. i understand the need for keeping shelflife but there are somethings which don't know why.. asalu wheat flour bleach cheyyalsinantha emuntadho ardham kaadu.... wheat flour anatam kante maida anatam better ala unnayi quality of food. if it's little better cost is almost 50-70% high, what can anyone do.. if you can afford or make a conscious choice, you will buy for that extra. kids food items aithe poison.

Europe standards cheppu nakadaniki kuda saripodhu world antha (ignore netherlands). USA dishes on an average 1000 calories untay  same european would be half. Of course mediterranean entirely diff.
