This project is expected to create 2,400 jobs. The refinery, which will have a capacity of 9 million metric tonnes, will be developed in five blocks, including a township, learning centre, refinery, petrochemical units, crude oil terminal, green hydrogen unit, and administrative blocks. The project is estimated to generate revenue of ₹88,747 crore for the State over the next 20 years. The Chief Minister instructed officials to ensure that the project is completed by 2029. Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) will invest ₹80 crore to expand its operations at Millennium Towers in Visakhapatnam, covering an area of 2,08,280 square feet, which will create 2,000 jobs. Azad Mobility India Limited is set to establish a green project for manufacturing electric three-wheeler trucks, buses, and battery packs in Gudipalli, Sri Sathya Sai district, over 70.71 acres. The project will be completed in three phases over six years, with an investment of ₹1,046 crore, creating 2,381 jobs. In Rambilli of Anakapalli district, Balaji Action Buildwell Private Ltd. will set up an MDF/particle board manufacturing unit on 106 acres at an investment of ₹1,174 crore, creating 1,500 jobs. December 4, 2025Dec 4 Author AP SIPB approves investment proposals worth ₹20,444 cr The 13th meeting of the Andhra Pradesh State Investment Promotion Board (SIPB), chaired by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday, approved various investment proposals involving ₹20,444 crore with a potential to provide employment to 56,278. Speaking on the occasion, the CM directed the officials to see that the projects are grounded within 45 days after signing MoU. Andhra Pradesh was able to attract significant investments in a big way with the introduction of speed of doing business and maintaining transparency in giving permissions, he said.
