AP lo regular stamp papers isthunnara for properites? eStamp epdu start chesaru.

friend got sale agreement from registrar office yesterday from builder. it is e-Stamp. it looked like comedy paper not like those old stamp papers written on 100 Rs bond papers. I searched online about e-Stamp. i could not find any where ap govt. started eStamp officially only gives e-Stamps instead of actual registered papers.

did anyone got stamp paper recently?

2023 beginning lo i do remember parents/in laws talking about this during some registration in vizag bro, it was introduced in previous govt i guess but i heard lot of tampering/false cases happening with estamps.

Thats huge business,  antha easy ga cheyyaru. They should rather focus on doing registration without comission than hitting small brokers working on 50rs commission.
