Balcony ki numbers undevi, rest undevi kadu in guntur.  It was a tough life with no technology, but in the hindsight nostalgia angle lo bane untadi any childhood memory.  

 

2001 nn hit , 2002 adi movie and natwest series finals in England were the highs for me as a child.  

From 2003, I guess mobiles were available to many. We got a DVD player in 2004. Desktop in 2005. I guess that phase killed movies in theater. 2008 lo ipl. Youtube taking over.  

Things have turned out to be different after that in life.....

Pandaga ki mother side village ki vellam....almost vaillage lo kids andaroo oka intlo watched match..aa village aa only 3 houses lo vendevi TVs ...aa last over ki literal ga drops padday....Sachin ekkada out avuthaado ani litteral ga evadu paiki legala starting of the match....

next day eenadu paper choosthe ippatiki gurthu..2 people died in pak while watching the last over ani vesaadu...appati varaki aa pak XXXXXXX cricket ni antha series ga teesukuntaru ani teliyaledu..

As a sachin fan its memorable series...failure and presure valla he stepdown as a captain in Dec 1997 ..allowed him to bat freely...and  we got chance to see the fearless sachin tendulkar ...... as a opener in 1st final 95(78) and 3rd final 41(26) ....good contribution in both the finals and  awarded as player of the series.... Starting series of the greatest ever ODI batsmen's best Year 1998... Master at his best
