You guys penalize south states for implementing population control and development tasks, and give incentives to north which never does this! Then we can discuss…. development under progress. if you get chance to interact with any person in these states ask them about infra development. hdi or quality of life will improve only after infra development . these states need center support for infra development, education , health. sick child will become healthy child only after having nutritional food for few years. similarly bimaru (sick) states need center support for few decades to progress in all parameters. in the past north indian states ruled by regressive politicians. these politicians oppressed people and loot public. south india politicians focused on increasing pie through development and attracting investment. they benefited from multiplier effect of development such as purchasing land near to developing area. they shared pie with people by improving infra, health, education facilities, freebies. it is kind of progressive cycle. now north india politicians started following strategy of south india politicians. you will see results in another two to three decades.
