and eppudoo rice okkatee problem kaadhu, rojanthaa sugars thintaaru...breakfast(idly, dosa), lunch, dinner...madhyalo snacks biscuits ani etc... on top of it no exercise at all...cooking oils... aslu anni vidhaalu ga em cheyakoodadhaoo anni chesthaamu

Rice and wheat thagginchaali bro....  Roti/Pulkas are decent.  Naans and Parathas are horrible sir horrible 

 

Dosa kanna Pesarattu better

Peanut Chutney + Pesarattu is a very very healthy alternative. 

 

Maa thatha sugar free chocolates ani thechevaaru from the US back in early 2000s. Just sugar undadhu, but vaatillo unde carbs are still bad. 

 

Carbs lead to sugar spike 

Sugars lead to instant spike 

 

Anything that has Carbs are bad for diabetic.

North lo Sweets, Dairy (Lassi, Milk, cream, butter, panner, ) consumption very high 

Wheat consumption very high

But they consume less NonVeg and more Leafy vegetables, potato, tomato, etc., 

Less conusmption of Rice and Coconut
