1.)GST is a consumption based tax. More GST shows more consumption. Item ekada konte akada govt ki tax veltadi. Ex: if we buy items/services in hyd and use it in Andhra, tax goes to Hyd.

2.)milk products loose lo konte no tax but packaged konte 5% tax. Villages and towns lo avoid cheyochu ee taxes. Unorganised economy bagane untadi. Low percapita GST is not an indicator for less development.

As long as Andhra public goes to Hyd for hospitals, entertainment etc., taxes motham hyd ke pothayi. Manam chuse TV channels and movies kuda are made in Hyd.

Mana state situation chusi siggupadali.

Velladu. Andhra ki vastadi. But I was talking about making of movies and film industry and media channels staying back in hyd and providing employment in hyd. This is also a loss of tax.

Andhra lo manam chustunte Telangana ki income veltundi.

point # 1 wrong kada. if item purchased from HYD seller and buyer consumes it in Andhra then GST goes to ANdhra. that is the concept of GST. if a distributor sits in hyd but retailer sells goods to Andhra by taking goods from distributor then only retailer collects GST from customer (Obviously consumes in andhra) and report it to Tax authority. So that GST is transferred to Andhra. Earlier Distributor also used to collect tax on top of retailer. this was double taxation which was eliminated with GST. only retailer reports GST but not distributor.

That was my point as well. What I said was if we buy goods/services in Hyd and use it in Andhra, tax goes to Hyd. This point was not about movies. We can relate it to buying car/ going to wonderla/Ramoji film City etc.

Movies related we are watching films in Andhra only kada. Only production is being done at Hyd which again is not loss of GST directly. Indirectly we are losing other things like employment etc.
