Vaccine scaleup there was delay as we were still doing trials and some facilities committed for WHO production, but once 2nd wave hit we used those facilities for Indian as well. The lapse was more scientific, based on 1st wave we rolled-out vaccines for seniors first but the delta affected the middle-aged and no one was serious at that time to get vaccinated (also opposition targeted saying the phase trials not completed properly why this fast roll out). Is n't that what TDP/CBN should learn to handle failures , forget about failures , TDP was not even successful in projecting the successful programs .Covid 2nd wave was a disaster in india and complete administration failure but BJP compared India with other nations whenever there was a surge in the cases in the respective countries like Brazil,US, Europe .
